Have to say I'm pretty pleased that this forum has been set up, have been looking for one for ages. I've been running for a while on and off, 15 or so years really. I've tended to do a fair amount then ease off (cycle more in the summer). That said I've been more consistent over the last five years and joined a running group last autumn, that has really helped! Normal distances are around 10k but I do the occasional Parkrun and did two half marathons this year (Tunbridge and Brentwood). Looking to generally build up fitness, lose a bit of weight and gain a bit of pace.
