I just remembered that Shaun sent me an email, so thought I should show my face over here as well.
Most of my running is short 4 to 10 mile jogs at about 7:30 to 8 minute per miles solo. I’ve done a full marathon in 4 hours 37 minutes which nearly ended me, so I’ve ticked that box and don’t need to do it again. I’ve completed 2 half’s, the last was in 1hour 33 minuets (I really want to break the 1:30 mark). Plus 2 10 mike cross country club runs.
I’m not a member of any clubs as I do shift work and have a great issue with getting up if I’m not on shift (it’s 3:30 start when I’m working). Also I enjoy the peace of running on my own.
