Hello Everyone.
I got back in to running about 7 months ago. In highschool and college I was a runner. Then I learned how gloriously evil a couch can be. After many years of not running I put on a bunch of weight. 7 months ago I started running again. I'm running 2 miles a day on average. I'm not fast - somewhere around 10 + min a mile. I want to keep this going and get my mileage times down and my endurance way up. I don't plan on doing it quickly - slow and steady.
When I was a runner years ago, I hit the roads hard. I used to average around 8 miles a day. I do hope I can share some of my old experience. I also hope to learn for everyone here.
