but recently got super inspired to train for my 57th marathon at age 70. I am now training for 6 months now and have improved like crazy. I ran for 2 years without a watch. Now I am data driven. I used to run 2:34 (marathon). Now I have brought back all my old training secrets and intensities and I am having a blast!!! The final destination is nice, but the journey is the real joy that matters to me. I knocked 31 minutes of my weekly half marathon. Now into the 10 min pace race after 6 months.
