I’ve just returned from my second 10 Km run, after a long hiatus from running. Unsurprisingly, I’ve got a few bits and bobs that are getting used to running again, the stand out issue ( for me ) appears to be stiffness of the ( right side ) Pectineus. Does anyone have any drills / stretches, that might mitigate this issue? Is it fairly common? It’s not a big deal, but it’s the thing I’ve noticed the most.
