Stiffness of the pectineus

I’ve just returned from my second 10 Km run, after a long hiatus from running. Unsurprisingly, I’ve got a few bits and bobs that are getting used to running again, the stand out issue ( for me ) appears to be stiffness of the ( right side ) Pectineus. Does anyone have any drills / stretches, that might mitigate this issue? Is it fairly common? It’s not a big deal, but it’s the thing I’ve noticed the most.

Have you had any recent updates to your pectineus issue?
What have you been able to do?

The tension only on that right side seems like you could have a left hip that that needs some internal and external rotation. Perhaps could also be a right foot issue.

Have you had any prior injuries?
