Actually vomited all over the beautiful hedgerow.

Since your post I’ve had this happen three times. The first resulted in dry heaving, thankfully the second two I could shift with coughing and spitting.
They are also being pains by aiming for my eyes on every run.
What is with them this year?!
Usually taken as a sign of a dry year.
Now to keep track of all the "extras" you're eating.
I'm so sorry I started this trend. Horrid little things.
Unless you run indoors, there's no getting away from them. They're an accepted part of any outdoor activity.
Genuine answer, try swallowing them with a drink of water, rather than trying to get them out of your throat.
