Train as One

Has anyone got any experience/thoughts about Train as One? It's an online coaching service that has come to my attention via social media since we moved back. It appears to be really reasonably priced and does a good job of building online community, which I really appreciate. Anyone done this?

I've used the American RunCoach in the past and quite liked it although they had long runs as considerably faster than I thought was suitable. But I'd prefer a British training plan if possible.

(This is a genuine thread. I'm not a spy or a PR girl, nor am I getting paid in any way to do this.)
